Clean the outside of the appliance with a damp cloth (water with mild detergent).
Never use aggressive cleaning agents or abrasives. Do not use any sharp or pointed objects. Do not
use petrol or solvents! Clean with a damp cloth and detergent if necessary. Do not use abrasive

Clean the ventilation slots (if applicable) with a vacuum cleaner.
Avoid rough materials such as steel wool, scrubbing sponges etc. These can damage the surface
and compromise the hygienic safety.
Cleaning must be done every time the appliance has been used following all the rules to prevent
malfunctioning of the appliance and for hygienic purposes.
Use a clean brush to clean the residue of flour and dough first.
Release the springs, loosen the dough scrapers and then turn the black regulating knobs at the left
side of the rollers to the maximum opening position of the rollers.
Clean the appliance and all the (disassembled) parts very carefully, using a sponge or a cloth
dampened with tepid water and detergent. Dry with blotting paper, first clean the surface in contact
with the dough and then the rest of the machine with a clean and soft cloth soaked with a specific
disinfectant for alimentary machine.
Mount everything in this order: the scraping dough pieces, the springs, the slides and the protections.
Verify that all pieces have been correctly positioned and fixed.
