Storing and repairing the oven
• Repairs may only be performed by a qualified service technician. If maintenance is required,
remove the plug from the socket and contact Pelgrim customer services.
Have the following information to hand when you call:
• The model number, serial number and article number/index (stated on the inside of the oven
door)
• Guarantee details
• A clear description of the problem
Choose a clean, dry place if you have to store the oven temporarily, as dust and moisture
can damage the appliance.
