Removal
1. Place the base plate on the worktop with the
underside facing upward.
2. Remove bearing shell A.
3. Remove catch B and the leaf spring from the base
plate.
4. Turn the base plate over.
5. Remove the right locking mechanism D and left
locking mechanism E from the base plate.
6. Remove pressure springs F.
7. Use screw H to remove suction cup G from threaded
sleeve I.

8. Use a slot head screwdriver to remove the red suction
caps K.
9. Remove the single-tab suction cups J.
10. Remove the old base plate .
Fitting
1. Place the new base plate on the worktop.
2. Insert compression springs F into the receivers L of
the base plate.
3. Press down the right locking mechanism D and left
locking mechanism E together with the compression
springs until they engage in the base plate.
4. Insert leaf spring C into the base plate with the open
side facing to the back.
5. Insert catch B into the base plate.
6. Turn over the base plate, holding the catch in place
with one finger so that it cannot fall out.
7. Insert bearing shell A nose first into the base plate
and then push it back until it engages so that catch
B is secured.
8. Install the single-tab and two-tab suction cups in the
reverse order from the description of the removal
process.
