AC measurement
Choose one of both AC V voltage ranges at the rotary
switch.
The max. admissible voltage at the test tips is
750 Vrms!
Attention High Current!
For permanent current measurements of more than
200 mA the cross sections of the measuring cable
and plug-in connections of this multimeter are not suf-
ficient.
•
Measurements in the 10 A range should therefore
only be carried out for a short time (approx. 10 se-
conds, max. 30 seconds!).
•
Furthermore with very high currents the resistance
of the measuring cable can already lead to false
measurements.

DC current measurement

Switch on the highest or suitable DCA range and in-
sert the multimeter in the circuit to be tested.
For currents of more than 200 mA and up to 10 A
turn the rotary switch to its 10 A position and plug the
red measuring cable into the 10 A jack.
