Your bed does not respond to your
handset
The handset signal is not received by
the controls. In a very large space or
due to obstruction by a duvet, for
example, it may occur that the
handset signal does not reach the
controls.
Solution:
Aim the handset at the control box
under the bed and ensure that
anything blocking the signal is moved
aside.
Handset and bed do not respond
The bed and the handset do not
respond when you press the keys.
Solution:
Remove the plug from the socket for
10 seconds and/or remove the
batteries from the handset for 1 minute.

Power cut
In the event of a power cut or if the
plug is pulled out, the current time will
continue to activate the program for
about thirty minutes. If the interruption
lasts longer the time must be re-set
(see Chapter 4.1: Setting current
time). The other settings remain as
they were.
