6. Breakdowns

The AirMassage & Hotspot operate on
27 Volts low voltage current and are
protected against overheating. A
malfunction may be a nuisance, but will
not endanger the user.
The AirMassage does not respond
If the mattress connector beneath the
mattress may be making poor or no
contact. It could be that the mattress
connector came loose while the bed
was being made or the bed is in the
sitting position while no one is sitting
on it (this could also cause the
mattress connector
detached).
Solution:
Adjust the bed to the flat position and
make sure that there is no sheet
between the mattress connectors.
Position the mattress precisely in the
middle of the mesh base and press
the mattress connectors together until
you hear a click.
It may sometimes happen that you set
the back adjustment too erect.
Solution:
Set the back adjustment flat or only
lightly adjusted.

The batteries in the handset could be
nearly empty.
Solution:
Check the display of the handset wether
the battery empty symbol is shown.
Replace the batteries if necessary.
