Any problems occurring during the guarantee period and under normal conditions of use will be
remedied by an authorised Bergonzoni dealer.

Note: The problems listed below are not covered by the guarantee:
•
Problems due to non-compliance with the instructions for use and maintenance given in the
user manual;
•
Damages due to accidents, abuse, negligence, alterations and use of parts or accessories
different from those indicated by Bergonzoni;
•
Problems due to using different fuels;
•
Replacing components subject to wear such as the spark plug, cord, filter, etc.;
•
Routine maintenance and the adjustments illustrated in the user manual;
•
Costs for shipping the failed and/or repaired unit.
Nothing in this guarantee changes the consumer's statutory rights.
