OPERATION

1. Once the engine is runnin, we recommend keeping it at a slow speed for 3 to 5 minutes to
warm it up.
2. When it has warmed up enough, it can be used according to its technical and use
features.
Important notes:
- Do not accelerate suddenly during start-up because lubrication is still not adequate;
- Avoid senseless excessive accelerating. If the accelerator is open completely, you
could have a runaway speed condition which, besides shortening engine life, could
cause many operating problems;
- Keep an eye on engine temperature: if it is too high, engine performance would be
compromised and the components would wear considerably.

TURNING OFF

1. Run the engine at a slow speed for 3 to 5 minutes to cool it down;
2. Press the push button to stop the engine (Fig. 5).
Note: The push button or switch to turn the engine off should be in an easy to access
position, so the engine can be switched off quickly in the case of an emergency.
