POWER PEAK FUN DUO POWER
• Do not subject the charger to excessive heat or cold, nor to direct sunlight.
• Avoid shock and pressure loads, and do not subject the charger to severe vibration.
• Never place the charger and the batteries connected to it on any form of flammable
surface. Never operate the charger in the vicinity of inflammable materials or gases.
• Do not leave the charger operating unsupervised. It is normal for the charger to
become quite hot when operating.
• Ensure that there is an unrestricted airflow to and from the charger's cooling slots.
• If you will not be using the charger for a protracted period, disconnect it from the power
source and any batteries connected to it.
• Never charge any battery a second time immediately after its initial charge.
• Do not charge a battery which is already warm or hot to the touch. Allow packs to cool
down to ambient temperature before continuing.
• To eliminate safety hazards, damaged cables should always be replaced by a techni-
cian or authorised person.
• The device is not suitable for charging car batteries.
• It is essential that the charger should not be used incorrectly or as a toy; ensure that
children and non-modellers do not have access to it.
• Before you charge a LiPo battery, ascertain that the cell count is between one and
eight.
• Packs to be charged as a unit must consist of cells of the same make, the same type
and the same capacity.
• Do not charge two batteries connected in parallel to one output; connect only one bat-
tery at a time.
• Take great care to maintain correct battery polarity, and avoid short-circuits.
• Read the battery manufacturer's instructions and adhere to them strictly.
• Always check the settings on the Power Peak FUN DUO POWER very carefully. Incor-
rect charger settings can destroy batteries.
• Check the charger case and cables for damage at regular intervals.
• Please take particular care when handling packs containing large numbers of cells.
Ensure that the cells are thoroughly insulated, otherwise there is a danger of electric
shock.

GUARANTEE

We guarantee this battery charger for a period of 24 months. Proof for the start and finish
of this guarantee period is provided by your receipt from the model shop, which you
obtained when you purchased the product. Any repairs carried out under guarantee do
not extend the original guarantee period. During this period we will correct any operating
faults, production defects and material faults which arise, at no charge to you. We will not
entertain any claims beyond these terms, e.g. consequent damage. The unit must be
returned to us carriage-paid; it will also be returned to you carriage-paid. We will not
accept goods sent to us without pre-paid carriage.
