Operation

Connect the unit to a suitable power source, note require-
ments on the ID plate. If an extension cord is to be used,
only leads to equivalent class are acceptable.
If the pressure gauge on red, the fi lter should be cleaned
as follows:
1.
Start the machine.
2.
Remove the straw from the tube and place the hose
end against the fl oor. Th ereby blocking the entrance
and there is a maximum negative pressure inside the
machine.
3.
Hold the cleaning valve on the side of the machine.
Repeat this step 3-6 times to improve cleaning.

Service

Generally, before maintenance work consider the fol-
lowing precautions:
1.
Th e machine should be cleaned thoroughly before it
is dismantled. Suitable premises should be chosen, if
possible, with appropriate protective equipment and
fi ltered mechanical ventilaion.
2.
Before the machine is taken from the contamina-
ted area it must be vacuumed and wiped clean. In
addition, the inlet is sealed by the inlet plug (Part
No. 42250H). All suction equipment must also be
considered contaminated and therefore treated ac-
cordingly (put in plastic bag and sealed).
3.
All contaminated parts, which can not be cleaned
during service or repair in a satisfactory manner,
must be thrown into closing bags under current
regulations.
4.
Attention! Th e machine contains hazardous dust.
Discharge and service work, including the removal
of the container of the collection of dust, may be
performed only by trained personnel wearing app-
ropriate protective equipment. Get not be operated
without a full fi ltration system.
5.
After the asbestos vacuum cleaner has been used in
the shielded area under TRGS 519 vacuum cleaner
may not be used anymore in the so-called white sec-
tor. Exemptions are given only on asbestos vacuum

suction nozzle again.

Th e container under the cyclone should be emptied when

When emptying the personal protective equipment

tighten the lock opens, one before the other, so that

when the container is lowered, so that suspended
particles can be sucked into the cyclone fi lter. Now,
the container is taken out and the plastic bag, with
caution, unloaded the container's edge. Seal the bag,
remove it and install a new bag. Be careful to avoid
creases or damage to the bag. Replace the container
with tension locks, shut off the machine and make
sure everything is tight.
7.
To replace the fi ne fi lter (Part No 42025) must cy-
clone top removed. Carefully loosen the top, because
the HEPA fi lter (Part No 42024) is attached to the
upper part. To remove the fi lter wood a suitable
plastic bag over the cyclone (see drawing below) and
the fi lter can be removed. When the fi lter bottom is
over the edge, you can turn up the bag and tie with
wire ties. Fold the twisted portion again and lock
it with another cable tie. Ideally, no dust release.
Discard the fi lter according to regulations. Be sure to
check the fi lter seat is clean and the sealing of the fi l-
ter is intact before the fi lter is pressed in and the fi lter
