STEP 4
Screw the eight legs (7) into the screw connectors on the panel frame. See Figure
4. The safety padding (6) must be securely connected with the frame before the
trampoline may be used. The trampoline must be placed firmly on the ground as
shown in Figure 5.
STEP 5
Place the trampoline into its normal position suitable for its used. Make sure that
the safety padding (6) covers the springs of the folding trampoline. Stand on the
trampoline to make sure that all eight legs are placed straight on the ground. See
Figure 5.
DISMANTLING/FOLDING OF THE TRAMPOLINE
STEP 6
Unscrew the legs (7) from the threaded supports of the frame (see figure 6).
STEP 7
You should remove the safety cushion, prior to folding up the trampoline. Place the
trampoline with the top down on a hard-wearing floor. Position yourself on the
frame of the trampoline in such a way that your left foot is in the middle of frame
section 4 and right foot is in the middle of frame section 3. Loosen the safety bolts
from the trampoline frame. Hold frame section 1 with your left hand and frame
section 2 with the right one, and now pull in the two frame sections towards your-
self (see figure 7).
STEP 8
Fold the trampoline in the middle (see figure 8).
STEP 9
Now fold the entire trampoline as shown in figure 9.
HOW TO USE THE TRAMPOLINE
1. If possible always use the middle of the jumping mat.
2. You can bounce on the trampoline to gently stimulate your circulation.
3. You can do low jumps at high frequency on the trampoline to increase your en-
durance.
4. You can do higher jumps, running movements and fitness elements (e.g. „jump-
ing jack", „stretched jump") on the trampoline to improve your coordination,
general mobility and balance.
Please refer to the relevant literature for other exercises.
