•Wear, negligence, carelessness when using, maintaining and installing the
product, its parts and components.
•The damages that are caused by transport, that is, deriving from circumstances
that cannot be attributable to actions or failures of the manufacturer.
•The guarantee never covers removable parts, and consumables, such as
fenders, fuses, bulbs, bilge pumps, and strips in general; likewise, the guarantee
does not cover the normal color change both of rubberized parts an of fiberglass
parts, the brightness of steels, etc. The guarantee does not cover the natural
oxidation of stainless-steel parts, as well as the formation of small "spider webs"
in fiberglass parts due to work; furthermore, the guarantee does not include
any damage or tearing (natural discoloration of covered or colored surfaces,
stripping and other types of natural deterioration).
•Cleaning, commissioning and normal maintenance of the product.
•Any damage that is caused by a prolonged exposure to soot, smoke, chemical
agents, sea water, bird excrement, salt or other natural phenomena.
•Electrical connections, installat10ns of accessories and propellers, power
supply and waste connections, as well as ail installations in general when the
Manufacturer does not perform them directly.
•Any type of product customisat1on, if it is carried out without written instruct1ons
of the manufacturer, can invalidate the guarantee.
•The incorrect or the non-maintenance of the product and the use of cleaning
products, which are un authorized or not specified by the Manufacturer.
•The guarantee never includes and, therefore, the following expenses will never
be refunded: handling of the products, delivery of the products to post-sales
centers, haulage and launching of boats.
•The use of the inflatable boat with engine power and/or weight of the propeller/s
exceeding the recommended guidelines.
• Any damage that is caused by the use of the product in races or other
competitive events.
This guarantee will be invalidated if the product is repaired by non-authorized
staff or with non-original spare parts.
Therefore, if, upon demand of the Consumer, a technical intervention is carried
out by the staff of the Authorized Technical Post-sales Centers or the product
is subject to Service in general, the Consumer will totally bear the costs of the
intervention and the spare parts, as explained before.
GUARANTEE THAT IS ISSUED TD NON-CONSUMERS.
The guarantee, as explained before, relates to Directive 1999/WEEC and in
particular to Italian Legislative Decree February 2nd, 2002 N.24; it applies to
consumables that are intended for final users or consumers for non-professional
