13. Storage/shipping

If the wheelchair is to be stored or shipped, all detachable parts which
are not fixed, except for the drive wheels, must be removed and packed
individually in an appropriate cardboard box. The individually-packed
parts can then be packed together in a larger cardboard box. We re-
commend that you keep the original packing and store it for these
purposes, so that it is available when needed. Your wheelchair is then
optimally protected against environmental influences during storage
or transportation.

14. Disposal

If your wheelchair is no longer in use and needs to be disposed of,
contact your dealer.
Check your wheelchair regularly in accordance with
the maintenance plan.
If you want to handle the disposal yourself, find
out about the regulations in your area from local
recycling companies.

15. Warranty

The warranty covers all defects of the wheelchair which are proven to
be due to faulty material or manufacturing. In the event of a claim,
submit the fully completed warranty certificate.
We provide the legal warranty of 2 years for our products.
For replacement devices and repairs, the warranty period is 1 year.
