Kette einbauen:
Hinweise:
Beide Ketten parallel montieren!
Vor dem Einziehen der Kette auf die
richtige Laufrichtung achten!
("X", Fig. 49)
Vor dem Einziehen der Kette
die seitlichen Lauffl ächen der
Flachplattenkette schmieren, um die
Gleitreibung zu verringern. ("Y", Fig. 49)
Schmierstoffe:
- Structovis GHD, 0842 904 229.
1 Kettenspanner festsetzen.
(mit Schraubendreher, Stift o.ä.)
2 Einziehhilfe im Streckenprofi l von
der Antriebseinheit AS 2/C-100
ausgehend bis zur Umlenkeinheit
UM 2/C-170 bzw. UM 2/C-60 vor-
schieben und herausführen.
3 Kette an Einziehhilfe hängen und
bis zum Umlenkkopf durchziehen.

Installing the chain:
Note:
Mount both chains parallel!
Pay attention to the correct direction of
movement before pulling in the chain!
("X", Fig. 49)
Before pulling the chain in, lubricate
the side running surfaces of the fl at top
chain to reduce sliding friction.
("Y", Fig. 49)
Lubricants:
- Structovis GHD, 0842 904 229.
1 Set the chain tensioner
(with screwdiver, pin, etc.).

Push the chain pulling device in the
AS 2/C-100
drive unit's section
profi le forward to the UM 2/C-170 or
UM 2/C-60 return unit and pull out.

Suspend the chain on the chain
pulling device and pull through to the
return head.

Montage de la chaîne :
Remarque :
Monter les deux chaînes parallèles !
Faire attention au sens de marche
correct avant l'insertion de la chaîne !

Avant d'insérer la chaîne, lubrifi ez les
surfaces de roulement latérales de la
chaîne à plate-formes, afi n de diminuer
la friction de glissement. ("Y", Fig. 49)
Lubrifi ants :
- Structovis GHD, 0842 904 229.
1 Fixer le tendeur de chaîne.
(avec un tournevis, crayon ou autre)

Avancer et faire sortir l'aide
d'insertion dans le profi lé de section
à partir du poste d'entraînement
AS 2/C-100 jusqu'à l'unité de renvoi
UM 2/C-170 ou UM 2/C-60.

Accrocher la chaîne sur l'aide
d'insertion et tirer jusqu'à la tête de
renvoi.
