Electrical installation

TAKE CARE
• The pump does not have a mains switch.
• Installation may only be carried out by specially trained and
authorised personnel.
• Installation cannot be carried out until the device has been
fully assembled.
• The power lead should be disconnected from the power
supply and protected against unauthorised connection
during installation.
• Short circuit protection must be provided during installation.
• A mains cut-out device must be provided during installation.
GUIDELINE
Do not break open the large threaded connector.
The others are PG 9 connectors. Clamping range: Ø 3.5 - Ø 8 mm,
SW 19.
Loosen the four housing screws and remove the front section
Break open the small threaded hole to the far right of the
underside of the rear section
Screw in the corresponding threaded connectors and tighten
(not locking screw)
Insert the reducer corresponding to the cable cross-section into
the threaded connector
Strip the mains lead and push on corresponding connector
sleeves
Attach the mains lead according to fig. 4 (earth lead required).
GUIDELINE
Push sufficient excess lead to project into the housing to allow the
front section to be moved freely. Strip approx. 120 mm of outer
insulation.
