Before your workout

ATTENTION!
❐ Never workout on a full stomach. Do not eat at least one hour before and after your
workout.
❐ Risk of injury! Do not workout if you already tired and exhausted.
❐ Always perform warm-up exercises before beginning your workout (see below) in
order to minimise the risk of injury.
Please keep in mind that the goal is not to perform a few exercises in a hurry,
but to work out regularly over the long term. Thus, the workout will be able to
greatly benefi t your health.
1. Use the door anchor to anchor the article on a door. Attach
the door anchor to the cord strap to do this (see section
"Assembly/adjusting the length").
2. Clamp the door anchor between the door and door frame
so that the stopper (C) and the fi tness article are each
located on opposite sides of the door. Make sure that you
only use the fi tness article opposite the direction in which
the door opens.
3. Carefully check whether the anchor is suffi ciently stable.
1. If you are not sure whether the ceiling of your room is suit-
able for using the fi tness article, ask a qualifi ed profession-
al before you mount it.
2. Mount suitable fastening materials on the ceiling (not in-
cluded in the product contents). If applicable, ask a spe-
cialist dealer about suitable fastening material.
3. Use the D ring on the cord strap to anchor the article on
the ceiling-mounted fastening material.
4. Carefully check whether the anchor is suffi ciently stable.
1. You can also use the fi tness article outdoors. For this,
mount it on fences, branches, rails or beams for example.
2. Mount the door anchor on the cord strap (see section "As-
sembly/adjusting the length").
3. Firmly wind the door anchor around the fence, branch or
similar and secure the strap loop in the snap hook.
4. Carefully check whether the anchor is suffi ciently stable.
