2.2 Tabs
The software is made of 5 tabs: Emission, Absorption, Beer-Lambert, Kinetics and 3D
kinetics. Below are the usage details.
ENGLISH
Lines 5004 and 5005
The min (up to 360 nm) and max (up to 900 nm) terminals.
on the spectrum edges are of lower quality compared with those of the center of the
spectral band.
Line 5006
You can choose to allow your students to automatically obtain the concentration of an
unknown solution. If you prefer to let them determine by calculation, you must choose:
« no ».
Line 5007
In the Beer-Lambert tab (tab n° 3), you can choose the number of significant digits for
the concentration determined by Beer-Lambert law.
Line 5008
In the Beer-Lambert tab (tab n° 3), you can choose to display or not the coefficient « b »
of the calibration curve of Beer-Lambert law.
Line 5009
rd
You may, in the 3
tab, modify the tab name.
A=f(X): acquisition as a function of a manually chosen parameter
Beer-Lambert: if you wish to specify the law used
You can also choose the name that you want.
Line 5020
As the absorption measurement can fluctuate depending on the quality of your samples,
you can choose to average it or not.
If you activate the smoothing by entering a value, you choose the number of samples
used to calculate the average.
