Before first use
NOTE

When you use the appliance for the first time, it might emit some smoke, a
harmless odour and a small amount of particles . This does not affect the
function of the appliance and does not last long .

To remove production-related residues from the heating and water circulation
system, fill the water tank

Hold the appliance over a washbasin or similar . In this way, the production
residues are flushed out of the pipes .
♦
Then press the steam button again and use an old cloth to test whether
residues are still coming out of the steam openings .
♦
If there are no more residues, the device is now ready for operation . If you
can still see particles on the cloth, repeat the above procedure .
