COMPUTER OPERATION MANUAL
Target Intervals: Select „TARGET INTERVAL" with UP/DOWN and press ENTER.
Now choose one of the 3 possible modes:
Adjust the values, press ENTER and then START/STOP to begin your workout.
User-defined exercise: Select „CUSTOM" with UP/DOWN and press ENTER. Now choose
one of the 4 possible modes:
A - V :30/:30R:
B - V1:00/1:00R...7:
C - V2000m/3:00R...4: 2,000 m exercise, 3 minutes rest, repeat 4 times.
D - V1:40/:20R...9:
Race: Select „RACE" with UP/DOWN and choose a level from L1... to L15 (see following
table). Press ENTER to set a distance. Finally press START/STOP to start the race.
The animation of the race will display on the screen - you and the computer opponent are
shown. The first racer who reaches the race target causes the program to stop.
Use ENTER to switch between different displays during the race.
In the race program only a distance can be preset - the time/500m is fixed as per your
choice from L1 to L15:

30 seconds exercise, 30 seconds rest
1 minute exercise, 1 minute rest, repeat 7 times.
1:40 min. exercise, 20 seconds rest, repeat 9 times.
