Preparation
Peel the cucumber and remove the seeds. Dice the cucumber, celery and artichoke hearts and add to the jug. Blend well
with the green pepper, crushed ice and the juice from the lime. Add Tabasco and salt to taste when serving. Garnish with
cress and lime slices.
