STÖRUNGEN
OXYPERL läuft nicht
• Netzspannung prüfen (keinen Prüfstift
verwenden)
• Sicherung defekt = eventuell zu
schwach (siehe Elektro-Anschluss)
• Netzzuleitung beschädigt = Leitung
austauschen
• Die Kühlflächen sind nicht vollständig
einge taucht oder verschmutzt und der
zu warm gewordene Elektro motor hat
abgeschaltet = einige Zeit warten und
der OXYPERL schaltet sich selbsttätig
wieder ein (Kühlflächen säubern und
das Einbaumaß kontrollieren).
Verminderter Lufteintrag
• Sicherstellen, dass die Luftkanäle im
Propeller frei sind. Notfalls von Fest-
stoffen frei spülen.
• Überprüfen, ob die Saugleitung frei ist.
Verminderte Umwälzleistung
• Propeller schleift im Belüftergehäuse
1. Propeller sitzt lose auf der Motor-
welle = Zylinder schraube festziehen.
2. Feststoffe sitzen zwischen Propel-
ler und Belüfter gehäuse = Zylinder-
schraube lösen und den Propeller von
der Motorwelle ziehen. Teile reinigen
und wieder festschrauben.
3. Der Spalt zwischen Propeller und Ge-
häuse ist zu klein und der Ursprungszu-
stand lässt sich nicht wieder herstellen
= zwischen Welle und Propeller eine
spezielle Ausgleichsscheibe einfügen.
• Propeller ist beschädigt oder ver-
schlissen = austauschen
Zu hohe Leistungsaufnahme
• Der Spalt zwischen Propeller und Ge-
häuse ist zu klein und der Ursprungs-
zustand lässt sich nicht wieder her-
stellen = zwischen Welle und Propeller
eine spezielle Ausgleichsscheibe ein-
fügen.

QUICK TIPS FOR
REMEDYING FAULTS
OXYPERL does not work
• Check mains current (do not use a pin
gauge)
• Fuse faulty = may be too weak (please
refer to the section entitled Electrical
connection)
• Mains cable damaged = replace cable
• The cooling surfaces are not com-
pletely submersed or are soiled and
the electric motor has overheated and
cut out = wait for a while and the OXY-
PERL will start up again automatically
(clean the cooling surfaces and check
the installation dimensions).
Reduced air insertion
• Ensure that the air ducts in the aera-
tion propeller are not clogged. If nec-
essary, flush any solids out.
• Check that there are no obstructions
in the suction hose.
Reduced circulation
performance
• Propeller is rubbing against the aera-
tor housing
1. The propeller is resting loosely on
the motor shaft = tighten the cylinder
head screw.
2. Solids are caught between the pro-
peller and the aerator housing = loosen
the cylinder head screw and lift the
propeller off the motor shaft. Clean
the parts and screw all parts on again
tightly.
3. The gap between the propeller and
the housing is too small and the origi-
nal state cannot be restored = insert
a special shim disc (mat. no. 41957)
between the shaft and the propeller
• The propeller is damaged or worn =
replace
Power input too high
• The gap between the propeller and

PETITE AIDE AU
DÉPANNAGE
OXYPERL ne fonctionne pas
• Vérifiez la tension secteur (ne pas utili-
ser de pointe de test)
• Fusible défectueux = éventuellement
pas assez puissant (cf. Installation élec-
trique)
• Câble d'alimentation endommagé = rem-
placer le câble
• Les surfaces de refroidissement ne
sont pas entièrement immergées ou
elles sont sales et le moteur devenu trop
chaud s' e st interrompu = attendre un
certain temps et l'OXYPERL redémarrera
automatiquement (nettoyer les surfaces
de refroidissement et vérifier les dimen-
sions de montage).
Apport d'air réduit
• S'assurer que les conduits à air dans l'hé-
lice sont propres. Si besoin est, enlever
les matières solides.
• Vérifier si la conduite d'aspiration est
propre.
Fonction de brassage réduite
• L'hélice frotte contre le boîtier de
l'aérateur
1. La fixation de l'hélice sur l'arbre du mo-
teur est lâche = visser la vis à tête cylin-
drique.
2. Des matières solides sont présentes
entre l'hélice et le boîtier de l'aérateur =
desserrer la vis à tête cylindrique et reti-
rer l'hélice de l'arbre du moteur. Nettoyer
les différentes parties et revisser toutes
les parties.
3. Le jeu entre l'hélice et le boîtier est
trop petit et il n' e st plus possible d' o b-
tenir à nouveau l'état d' o rigine = ajouter
entre l'arbre et l'hélice une rondelle de
réglage spéciale (n° ident. JP41957)
• L'hélice est endommagée ou usée = rem-
placer
Puissance absorbée trop
élevée
• Le jeu entre l'hélice et le carter est trop
petit et il n' e st plus possible d' o btenir à
nouveau l'état d' o rigine : ajouter entre
l'arbre et l'hélice une rondelle de réglage
spéciale.
