Removing the seat :
To remove the seat, fold the seat down and away from the chassis by pushing the seat swivel lever forward.
Do not hang luggage or other objects from the back of the seat, as this could affect its stability.
Adjusting the seat height :
Remove the seat and the rear of the scooter. Using the tools provided, unscrew the locking bolt from the frame
and adjust the seat to the required height. Replace the locking bolt.
Reassemble the rear of the scooter and install the seat.
The higher the seat is adjusted, the higher the centre of gravity and the more stability may be affected.
Adjusting the armrests :
On each side of the seat towards the rear are two knobs and locking pins, which are used to adjust the width of
the armrests or remove them for transport.
Turn the knobs anti-clockwise to loosen and remove the locking
pins.
This will allow you to adjust the armrests to the desired width. Re-
tighten the knobs when you have reached a comfortable width and
re-insert the locking pins completely. Remove the armrests com-
pletely for transport.
When removing the armrests for transport, make sure the handles
are tight to prevent them from coming loose.
Do not apply your full body weight to the armrests when transferring. Lift your arm away from the armrest when
transferring to another seat.
