ASSEMBLY AND ADJUSTMENT
ASSEMBLY
Before using your scooter, you need to install the handlebar
and seatpost.
To fit the handlebar, you will need the handgrip and spring. Fit
the handgrip through the right-hand hinge.
Position the spring on the screw. Align the two hinge joints and
place the handle thread in the right-hand side of the hinge.
Adjust the handle to the desired angle and tighten the handle
fully.
There
are
two
electrical
connections - white and black
plugs. These must be connected
to the corresponding coloured
connector.
Once
connected,
carefully push the connectors one
by one through the hole
hole in the chassis cover and
insert the eyelet.
To fit the seat post, the rear of the scooter must be removed to gain access to the fixing bolt. Locate the seat
post and align the holes in the frame and upright at the desired height. Tighten the bolt using the Allen key and
the spanner supplied. Refit the rear of the scooter.
For transport, isolate the battery by removing the fuse. It must be replaced before use. The scooter will not
operate until this fuse is fitted. The fuse is packed in the small polythene bag with the tools and the seat post
bolt.
The fuse must be installed in the fuse holder located behind the charging socket cover at the front of the battery
pack.
