Replacing the Blades Separately
To remove the blades
1. Stop the motor; remove the battery
pack from the mower.
2. Turn the mower on its side (Fig. 19a).
3. Wear protective gloves. Insert the
metal rod with a diameter of
5/16" (8 mm) in the stabilizer hole
(stabilizer 1) to block the blades.
Use a the 9/16" (14 mm) wrench to
loosen and remove the two nuts
(Fig. 19b). SAVE THE TWO NUTS
FOR LATER BLADES REASSEMBLY.
4. Use the wrench to loosen and remove
the shaft bolt ,the conical spring
washer, and the plain washer (Fig. 19c).
NOTICE:
If the shaft bolt rotates with
the motor shaft during loosening, place
another metal rod with diameter less than
1/4" (6.35 mm) into the smaller hole in
the fan to act as stabilizer 2.
5. Remove the High Performance
Lower Blade and Upper Blade from
the motor shaft (Fig. 19d). Remove
the two bolts from the upper blade.
SAVE THE TWO BOLTS FOR LATER
BLADES REASSEMBLY.
6. Leave the fan on the motor shaft. Be sure that the fan blade is facing towards the
deck (Fig. 19e).
