Place the jack base (#4) on top of the
frame with the curve facing upward.
Set each leg on the outside of the
frame. Align the base's bolt holes
with the frame's side bolt holes on
the closed end (Fig. 2).

Slide an M10 flat washer (#10) onto
an M10 x 65 bolt (#10) and insert the
bolt through a jack base leg and the
frame from the outside. Secure with an M10 washer (#10) and nut until
hand-tight. Repeat on the other side (Fig. 2).
9.
Tighten each nut further with a wrench and check that the jack base can
still swing upwards easily.
10. Place both swing arms (#3) at the midpoint of the frame, Place them on
the outside (Fig. 3).
11.
Slide flat washers (#10) onto two M10 x 65 bolts.
12. Align the bolt hole on the open end
of each swing arm with the midpoint
bolt hole. Insert an M10 x 65 bolt
through the swing arm, then the
frame. Slide another washer (#10)
onto the bolt and secure with an M10
nut (#10). Repeat on the other side
(Fig. 3).
13. Check that the swing arms can move
freely. Loosen or tighten the bolts
as necessary. Lay the swing arms on
the rear caster brackets.
14. Place the support bar (#2) with the cross beam between the jack base
arms and the open end between the swing arms. Align the bolt holes.
