UNPACKING
WARNING! Do not operate the tool if any part is missing. Replace
the missing part before operating. Failure to do so could result in a
malfunction and personal injury.
Remove the parts and accessories from the packaging and inspect for damage.
CONTENTS
Make sure that all items in the parts list are included.
ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION
1.
Lay the frame (#1) down on a flat,
level surface (Fig. 1).
2.
Attach a caster bracket (#8) to each
end of the front brace. The curved
flange goes under the frame (Fig. 1).
3.
Slide an M10 flat washer (#11) onto
two M10 x 45 bolts. Insert each
bolt through the bracket and brace.
Secure each with an M10 washer
(#11) and M10 Nut (#11) (Fig. 1).
4.
Repeat steps 2 and 3 with the
remaining three caster brackets. The caster brackets on the open end
of the frame are installed on the outer sides.
5.
Insert a caster (#7) into each bracket through the bottom (Fig. 1-1). Secure
each of them with a locknut (Fig. 1).
6.
Finish tightening all the nuts on the frame and casters to 32 ft-lb or 43
N-m with a torque wrench.
