4.3- Hose assembly (Fig.5)
Important: use only a PVC suction ringed hose or other hose with similar quality (not included).
Assemble the intake hose joint and the intake
(suction) hose (not supplied) and drain hose to the
water pump. Proceed as follows;
1. Insert the couplings into the suction and discharge
hoses
2. Use the clamps and tape (not supplied) and
tighten firmly.
Then screw the hose couplings to the pump suction
inlet and discharge port.
3. Insert strainer in suction hoe.
4. Use the clamps and tape (not supplied) and
tighten firmly
Note: Make sure the washer [15] is properly fitted on the intake hose coupling.
If the washer of the suction hose is loosened, or the hose buckle is lost or damaged, the
water will not be pumped properly due to air leakage.
