Poultry Program

This function is part of the MEAT/POULTRY button and is a pressure cook
function. Prepare delicious poultry recipes such as chicken, turkey, duck and
more in no time with the Poultry function.
1. Place the removable cooking pot into the unit.
2. Place all ingredients as needed into the removable cooking pot. Please make
sure to use a minimum of 1 cup (8 oz.) of liquid.
3. Place the lid on the cooker; align the locking pin on the handle with the
open lock symbol and turn it counterclockwise until the locking pin clicks
into place. Turn the pressure regulator knob to PRESSURE when using the
Poultry function.
4. Press the MEAT/POULTRY button twice for the Poultry function, the display
will show a preset time of 10 minutes. If you need to adjust the time, press
the + or – buttons once for each additional minute or to fast advance, hold
the button down until you reach the desired time. The maximum pressure
cooking time is 6 hours.
5. Press the START/STOP button once to begin cooking. As the pressure is
building, the pressure icon and indicator lights will blink. Once pressure has
been reached, the pressure icon and lights will go solid and the unit will
beep. This is when your cooking time will begin to count down.
NOTE: If you forget to select a desired cooking time or forget to press the
START/STOP button, the unit will beep and the digital display will read --:--
after 30 seconds.
6. Once the cooking time is over, the multi-cooker will automatically go to
KEEP WARM function. If you do not press the START/STOP button or
release pressure at the end of the cooking time, the multi-cooker will beep
periodically to remind you to release pressure.

Vegetable Program

This function allows you to cook vegetables in a fast and convenient way. Please
note that the Vegetable function comes equipped with 2 settings: a pressure cook
setting and a steam setting. Press the VEGETABLE button once to pressure cook
and twice to steam.

2. Place all ingredients as needed into the removable cooking pot. Please make
sure to use a minimum of 1 cup (8 oz.) of liquid.
