OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
CHOOSE THE RIGHT COFFEE AND GRIND
For best results, use freshly ground espresso-roasted beans, as pre-ground beans lose
their flavor fast. The grind should be fine, like table salt. However, if the grind is too fine
(it will feel powdery when rubbed between fingers), the water will not flow through
evenly under pressure. If the grind is too coarse, the water will flow through too quickly,
resulting in a weak flavour. Finding your preferred grind may take some practice.
