Blanchissez les fruits et les légumes avant de congeler afin qu'ils conservent couleur, arôme, goût et vitamines, plongez-les quelques instants dans de l'eau bouillante.

You also avoid the taste of some foods contaminating the taste of others. Only vegetables, fruit and salad vegetables can be stored in the vegetable compartment without being packed.
