4.7.2 Combustion chamber door opening. The door must be opened only for reloading. To open it, follow the steps described in
picture "D.2" of the chapter ANNEX. The baffle plate has a moving part that opens during recharging to facilitate the escape of smoke.
Before closing the door, verify that the mechanism and its deflector are in the correct position. To do so, check image D.21.
4.8 Operation in adverse weather conditions. It is possible for the device to malfunction due to sudden or unexpected weather
changes, causing: low pressure, ebb currents of air into the smoke duct. When these phenomena are observed it is advisable to close
the combustion register and turn the equipment off.
4.9 Fire Prevention. You must not place any flammable element outside the safety distance from the fireplace described in the table
in section 1.1 Technical specifications. You shall also take special precautions if there are children and elderly people present. In
case of fire, push away all the people around it, close the registers as much as possible and notify the Firefighting service.
4.10 Dilations of the sheet. Materials subject to temperature changes undergo dilatations. This phenomenon can cause sporadic
metallic noises more or less frequently. These are completely innocuous and do not mean any risk or problem for its operation.
5. ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION
ALL LOCAL REGULATIONS, INCLUDING THE ONES ACCORDING TO THE NATIONAL OREUROPEAN NORMS MUST BE
ACCOMPLISHED WHEN PROCEEDING TO CONNECT THEA PPARATUS TO ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS
5.1. Components. The appliance is equipped with two fans a thermostat as an ignition device, resistance, turbine control switch,
inner cables and wires as well as silicon tube for for power supply with right rear outlet. For parts refer to part V of of the chapter
ANNEX.
5.2. Electrical diagram with 2 fans.
5.3. Operating. The function of the vent set is to jet the air, once heated, from the lower grill of the apparatus to the front part and the
pipes in the upper part.
5.4. Use and maintenance. The set of ventilation should be permanently connected to the grid when the device is switched on.
The switch offers three positions:
Position 0: Automatic slow gear. The starting and stoppage of the turbines is through the automatic thermostat.
-
Position I: Automatic fast gear. The starting and stoppage of the turbines is through the automatic thermostat.
-
Position II: Manual fast gear. Manual, not automatic shutdown system.
-
After a period of prolonged and stop before putting the machine in motion, it is necessary to verify the proper operation of the turbines
and cleaned all the dirt of the front grilles of the air intake. It is also desirable that a qualified professional review the entire electrical
installation of the device.
WARNING:
If the feeding wires are damaged, they must be replaced either by sales department or qualified staff to avoid problems.
6. COOKING TIPS
The oven must be closed during the cooking unless it is absolutely necessary to open —to turn or stir the food or check the status of
the cake, sponge cake, pie, etc.— It is recommended to preheat the oven before the cooking, and use dark or black baking pans to
absorb heat better and facilitate the cooking. When used for cooking it is recommended to first load with small logs and after 30
minutes, load it with the same weight, but this time using large logs. Once reached the desired temperature minus 50ºC you should
close the primary register and place the secondary registerr to the third position. As to the maintenance loads, it is recommended to
do them once the temperature goes down approximately 10ºC from the desired temperature. The time between maintenance loads
is around 45 minutes.
6.1. Table of consumption and temperature. In the table below a set of temperatures is shown, as well as the consumption to
achieve them. These data have been tested by our laboratory and are estimated as the response of the device can vary according to
the type and quality of wood used.
