Solution
Ice cream should be at room temperature
at most before filling. For optimum
results, the temperature should be
approx. 6-8 °C.
Fruit ice cream or sorbet should generally
be left to freeze. To do this, place the
ice cream in an airtight container in the
freezer for at least 30 minutes.
Take a break of 30 minutes between ice
cream preparations.
Remove the ice cream from the Ice cream
container and decant it. Then leave the
machine to rest for at least 30 minutes
before continuing the preparation. For
the following preparations, the stirring
time should be reduced slightly to
prevent freezing.

Extend the preparation time, but be

can lead to sour and bitter yoghurt.

Use whole milk. This tastes less sour as
yoghurt than low-fat milk.
Yoghurt will still keep in the fridge.
Consume it as soon as possible
