"Mixing"
In stirring mode, liquids or contents are stirred without
being cooled. The preselected preparation time is 30
minutes. The preparation time can be adjusted in
the range from 5 minutes to 70 minutes using the +/-
buttons.
"Yogurt"
When preparing yoghurt, the contents of the Ice
cream container are heated without stirring. The
standard preparation time is 8 hours. The preparation
time can be adjusted from 4 hours to 24 hours using
the +/- buttons.
"Soft/Hard" Consistency button
Use this button to set the desired consistency for your
ice cream. You can choose between soft, standard and
hard.
"Slow-Fast" - Speed button
Use this button to set the speed of the mixing section.
You can choose between Slow, Standard and Fast.

The preparation of ice cream
To prepare ice cream in the ice cream maker, proceed as follows:

Prepare the ingredients for the ice cream according to the recipe. If the
recipe calls for the ingredients to be boiled down, boil them a day before
making the ice cream and leave them to cool in the fridge.

The prepared ice cream mixture or the required ingredients should be at a
temperature of approx. 6-8 °C before you use them in the ice cream maker.
This corresponds to normal refrigerator temperature.

Insert the Ice cream container into the cooling housing, if it is not already
there.

Place the stirring part on the motorised spindle at the bottom of the Ice
cream container. Make sure that it is firmly in place.
5.
Now pour the chilled ingredients into the Ice cream container. Take care
not to exceed the maximum filling quantity. The Ice cream container must
not be more than 2/3 full - the mixture expands during the freezing process
and takes up more space when chilled/frozen.
6.
Place the lid on the cooling housing so that the small filler opening points
to the top left and turn it anti-clockwise until the handle is in line with the
display.
7.
Connect the mains plug to a suitable power source and switch on the ice
cream maker by pressing the On / Off button.
Preparation of ice cream according to a timer
1.
Select the "Ice Cream" - ice cream preparation program by pressing the
corresponding button. The preset time of 60 minutes is ideal if the Ice
cream container is 2/3 full. You can adjust the time individually by pressing
the + / - buttons.
Note
To switch to the other programs, touch the symbol for the current program
again or briefly press the On / Off button to return to the main menu and
then select a new program.

In the next step, you can set the speed of the mixing section by pressing
the speed button.

Once you have set the desired speed and time, start the preparation by
pressing the Start/Pause button.
4.
If the ice cream has not yet reached the desired firmness at the end of the
program, you can start another 60-minute preparation process. However, if
the ice cream is already firm before the set time has elapsed, the machine
automatically stops the selected program and you can remove the finished
ice cream.
