BEFORE using the appliance. The KLAMER Ice Cream Maker Pro is your ideal
partner for the preparation of various frozen delicacies.
• The ice cream maker offers different modes that allow you to prepare a
variety of desserts, including milk ice cream, sorbet, frozen yoghurt and
yoghurt. Perfect for every taste and every occasion.
• With three different speed settings, the ice cream maker allows you to
customise the consistency of the ice cream exactly to your liking - from
soft to firm.
• After each ice cream preparation, an automatic cooling function is
activated to ensure that your ice cream remains perfectly chilled. Always
enjoy fresh, delicious ice cream without any extra effort.
Important safety precautions
Caution
The following basic safety precautions should be observed when using the
KLAMER Ice Cream Maker Pro:
1. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children under
8 years of age) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or
lack of experience and knowledge, unless they are supervised.
2. Check that the voltage specified on the device matches the local mains
voltage before connecting the device.
3. Do not use the appliance if the plug, the mains cable or the appliance
itself is damaged. Always ensure that the plug is correctly inserted into a
socket.
4. Close supervision is required when an appliance is used by or near
children. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play

with the appliance.
5. Do not let the cable hang over the edge of the table and keep it away
from hot surfaces.
6. To protect against electric shock, cables, plugs or appliances must not be
immersed in water or other liquids.
7. The appliance must be placed on a flat, level surface during operation.
There must be no risk of the appliance falling down. Take into account
that the appliance will become heavier during use due to the load.
8. Before connecting to the mains, check that the power supply in the
household corresponds to the information on the rating plate.
9. Only fill the ice cream maker with food intended for ice cream machines.
The ice cream maker is intended exclusively for sorbet, ice cream and
yoghurt.
10. Do not exceed the maximum fill level of the ice container. Only fill it up
to 2/3 full.
11. Avoid pressing the on/off button too often so as not to damage the
compressor. Leave at least 5 minutes between switching on and off.
12. Do not use any electrical kitchen appliances in the ice container of the
appliance unless they are of the type recommended by the manufacturer.
13. The ventilation slots of the ice machine must not be blocked at any time.
14. Do not use the appliance near flames, hot plates or ovens.
15. Avoid placing objects or your hand in the appliance during operation.
16. Keep the appliance at least 8 cm away from other objects to ensure good
heat dissipation.
17. Do not use any accessories that are not recommended by the
manufacturer.
18. Never tilt the appliance more than 45 degrees to one side and do not tilt
it upside down.
19. The initial temperature for making the ice cream mixture should be
between 20°C and 3°C.
20. Once the freezing process has started, the stirring part of the agitator
must not be removed while the motor is running.
21. Do not use any chemical cleaning agents or hard tools to clean the
appliance.
22. The appliance must be unplugged before cleaning, servicing or filling.
