7. Warranty
BTV S.L. GUARANTEES through its national network of Technical Assistance Services (SAT), the product
indicated, against any manufacturing defect, mechanical or electronic, affecting its operation for
3 years from the date of purchase, presenting this certificate completed, along with invoice or
receipt of purchase. Spare parts will be covered for 10 years from the time of purchase.
- This warranty will be extended for one year in the cases referred to in the general terms and
conditions established in the European legislative framework on consumer rights.
- This warranty does not cover failures caused by causes not attributable to the product, such as
violence, accidents, improper use, poor installation, lack of maintenance, etc...
- The warranty will be void if the product is manipulated by persons outside our organization.
- During the warranty period the parts and labor for the repair will be paid by BTV, S.L. The displacement
of a technician is not included in the warranty.
- Factory will not accept any goods if delivery has not been previously agreed with the central SAT
(Technical Assistance Service).
- This warranty does not affect the rights available to the consumer under the law 07/2021.
VERY IMPORTANT: This warranty certificate must remain in your possession. It is essential to present
it to the SAT together with the invoice or purchase receipt and the data requested duly completed
by the seller: Date of sale and stamp of the establishment.
The replaced parts will remain in the possession of the SAT.
In case of any incident, please contact your usual supplier, the nearest SAT or the Customer Service
Department (SAC) through the
web.
If you have any questions, please contact your distributor at the time of purchase.
