4.3. Emergency opening
The box is supplied with an envelope containing:
1. Mechanical unlocking key (gold colour). This key will allow you to open the box in exceptional
cases such as electronic failure, dead batteries, forgotten code, etc. Turn it and pull the door.
2. Emergency code. To open the box in case of forgotten user code, insert the emergency
mechanical key and enter the code provided to you on the label located on the box envelope.
For security reasons, do not change this code.
The keypad includes a "C" type port to connect an external battery or battery holder and to be able
to carry out emergency openings in case of dead batteries. You can open the box after entering
your code and changing the batteries.
4.4. Changing user code
All safes leave the factory with the same combination. For your safety, we recommend changing it..
1. Open the safe with the current user code.
2. Press the "#/Reset" key. The red light will illuminate, and the programming tone will sound. The
display will show "PROGRA".
3. Enter the current user code (default is 123456). With each press, the red light will illuminate, and
a short "beep" will sound. If the code is correct, the programming tone will sound (several beeps
in a row).
4. Enter the new code (3 to 15 digits), followed by the "C" key. The programming tone will sound and
the display will show "CODE".
5. Re-enter the new code to confirm. If it is correct, the programming tone will sound and the
green light will illuminate followed by "SUCCESS" on the display, indicating that you can now close
the safe. If it is incorrect, the error tone will sound and you will have to repeat the process again.
We recommend opening and closing the bolts about three times without closing the door
to check that the new combination is correct.
