Installing water hose(s)

Connect the provided water hoses as indicated in Fig. 3. For models with a hot water inlet, ensure the hot water hose is
connected to the hot water tap.
1. Connect the elbow pipe to the tap on the wall and fasten clockwise (Fig. 4).
2. Connect the other end of the hose to the water inlet on the back of the washing machine. Fasten the pipe clockwise.
3. Open water valve(s). If leaks are detected, immediately turn off water and verify water inlet connections are good.
NOTE: A standard tap connection should be used to supply water to the machine. If tap is square or too big, then tap
should be changed.
Drain system options
There are several different drain system options. Choose the one that works best with your setup.
1. STANDPIPE DRAIN SYSTEM - WALL OR FLOOR (FIG. 5 & 6):

● The standpipe drain requires a minimum diameter standpipe of 2" (50mm).
● The minimum carry-away capacity can be no less than 17 gal (64L) per minute.
● The top of the standpipe must be at least 23 1/2" (60cm) high and no higher than 39" (100cm) from the bottom of
the washer.

2. LAUNDRY TUB DRAIN SYSTEM (FIG. 7):
● The laundry tub needs a minimum 20 gal (76L) capacity.
● The top of the laundry tub must be at least 23 1/2" 60cm above the floor.
3. FLOOR DRAIN SYSTEM (FIG. 8):
● The floor drain system requires a siphon break (purchased separately).
● The siphon break must be a minimum of 28" (710mm) from the bottom of the washer.
● Additional hoses (not included) may be needed.
