Children must not play with the device.

Cleaning and user maintenance may not be performed by chil-

dren, unless they are older than 8 years of age and are super-
vised.
Children younger than 8 years of age and animals must be kept

away from the device and the mains adapter. Improper use can
lead to injuries and electric shock.
The device must always be switched off and disconnected

from the mains power when it is left unattended and before
assembling, disassembling, filling or emptying the water tank or
cleaning the device.
Charge up the battery only with the mains adapter
■
(BI05L050060AdV) supplied with it. Do not use the mains
adapter supplied with the device to charge up any other devices.
Always check the device and accessories for damage before
■
putting them into operation. Do not use them if they are dam-
aged!
Do not take the device apart and do not make any modifications
■
to the device. If the device or the connecting cable are damaged,
these parts must be replaced by the manufacturer, customer
service department or a similarly qualified person (e.g. specialist
workshop) in order to avoid any hazards.
DANGER – Danger of Electric Shock

Use and store the device only in closed spaces.
■
Do not operate the device in rooms with high humidity.
■
Never immerse the device or the connecting cable in water or other liquids. Ensure
that the device and the connecting cable cannot fall into water or become wet.
■
If the device does fall into water, switch off the power supply immediately.
Do not attempt to pull the device out of the water while it is connected to the mains
power!

Never touch the device and the connecting cable with wet hands when these com-
ponents are connected to the mains power.
WARNING – Danger of Injury!

Keep plastic bags and films away from children and animals. There is a danger of
suffocation.

Make sure that the connecting cable is always kept out of the reach of young chil-
dren and animals. There is a danger of strangulation.
