Rotational Speed Symbol (10): Lights up when the display shows rotational speed.
Heating Ratio (9): Indicates the current percentage of heating output.
Setting Symbol (SV): Appears during temperature, speed, time, or parameter setting (query).
Measurement Symbol (PV): Displays when the measured temperature and speed are shown.
Operation Symbol (8): Constantly displayed when temperature control is active.
Alarm Symbol (3): Activates if the heating plate temperature exceeds the AP value, shutting off heating,
disconnecting the circuit, and sounding the buzzer. When the temperature exceeds the AL value, the
temperature control flashes, and the buzzer sounds.
Self-Tuning Symbol (Palm Symbol 6): Flashes during self-tuning.
Temperature Key: Rotate to adjust the temperature setting (setting and temperature lights on); rotate
left to decrease, and right to increase. If no rotation occurs within 0.5 seconds, exit setting mode. Tap to
activate temperature control, tap again to turn off, and hold to enter parameter settings (setting symbol
on).
Speed Key: Rotate to adjust the speed setting (setting and speed lights on); rotate left to decrease,
and right to increase. Exits automatically if no rotation within 0.5 seconds. Tap to activate speed control,
and tap again to deactivate.
Buzzer: Sounds during abnormalities, and also sounds 10 times when the timing function completes.
Operation instruction
1.
Turn on the power switch.
2.
Rotate the heating knob; the red indicator light will illuminate, signalling heating output. Adjust the knob
to the desired temperature, and the microcomputer will automatically heat to that set temperature.
3.
Rotate the stirring knob; the green indicator light will turn on, indicating output from the stirring motor.
The microcomputer will automatically accelerate to the set speed.
4.
After switching off, be cautious of the heating plate, as it may still be hot.
Turn on the switch, and the display will show the temperature sensor's reading, with the speed indicator set to
OFF. Rotate the temperature knob to set the desired temperature, then press it to begin heating. Pressing it
again will stop heating. Rotate the speed knob to set the target speed, then press it to gradually increase speed
until it reaches the set level. Pressing it again will stop mixing.
If the upper half of the display shows "
"
", it signals a short circuit in the sensor, triggering the buzzer. Press any button to silence it. In either
case, inspect the sensor or replace it if needed. If the temperature sensor for the control beaker disconnects,
the controller automatically switches to the heating plate sensor for temperature control.
When the timer function is active, timing starts once the temperature stabilizes and will automatically stop
when complete, accompanied by 10 beeps from the buzzer.
In the standard mode, long press the temperature button. The upper display will show "
display will show a value. Change this value to 0 to enter the user parameter settings interface, where values
can be adjusted as needed.
