Preparation:
1. Place 8 pans
inside the product. Preheat

2. Mix minced meat, salt, pepper, egg,
breadcrumbs, mustard, estragon, and spring
onion in a bowl.
3. Make 8 equally sized hamburger patties.
4. Cut the cucumbers in half along the length
and scrape out the seeds with a teaspoon.
Cut the cucumbers into small cubes. Season
with estragon, salt and pepper.

cucumber into each of the pans
