Preparation:

Minced beef (10 to 20 % fat

Preparation:
1. Put both stone griddle
the product. Preheat the product on the MAX
position for 20 minutes.
2. Put the minced beef into a bowl. Mix well
with the cooking wine and let it rest for
10 minutes.
3. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Saute the
onion and garlic until fragrantly cooked. Set
aside to cool.
4. Add eggs, onion, garlic, pepper, sugar and
salt to the minced beef and stir well.
5. Make 8 beef patties:

6. Place 4 beef patties on the stone griddle
