Maintain the tool' s labels and name plates. These carry important
information. If unreadable or missing, contact Princess Auto Ltd. for
replacements.
WARNING! Only qualified service personnel should repair the tool. An
improperly repaired tool may present a hazard to the user and/or others.
CLEANING
1.
Only clean the tool with mild soap and a damp cloth.
2.
Clean the rubber barrels and contents after every step in the process.
3.
Wipe the tool with a clean cloth and periodically blow out all areas with
compressed air. If compressed air is not available, use a brush to remove
dust from areas. Do not use harsh chemicals or solvents to clean the tool.
These chemicals could seriously damage the housing.
4.
Dry the steel components and lubricate to prevent corrosion.
DISPOSAL
Recycle a tool damaged beyond repair at the appropriate facility.
Contact your local municipality for a list of disposal facilities or by-laws for
electronic devices, batteries, oil or other toxic liquids.
SLURRY DISPOSAL
The slurry created from the fragmented materials, cleaning additives and water
will create a slurry that must be disposed of properly. Do not dispose down a
drain or through the plumbing system. The sediment may collect and harden,
causing damage to the drain or plumbing system.
These instructions are for waste slurry that does not contain toxic or harmful
materials or chemicals. Consult your municipal by-laws for disposal procedures
If an additive or the residue from the material is considered harmful to people
or the environment.
1.
Drain the slurry and any water used to clean the barrel and product into a
suitable bucket or container.
2.
Allow time for the sediments to settle.
