Configuração Padrão e Emparelhamento do Comando

antes de ajustar o suporte de TV
Nota: se é a primeira vez que liga o suporte, deverá primeiro
proceder ao Emparelhamento do Comando e só depois à
Configuração Padrão.
Configuração Padrão
Mantenha pressionado o botão "OK" do comando. O suporte
irá parar de emitir bipes e recolher à posição mais baixa. Quan-
do emitir um bipe, a Configuração Padrão está concluída.
Emparelhamento do Comando
Prima o botão pequeno do controlador com um clipe de papel
ou lápis, conforme ilustrado ❶. A unidade parará de emitir
bipes e, em seguida, prima o botão "SET" do comando. A uni-
dade emitirá bipes consecutivos durante cerca de 10 segundos,
indicando que o Emparelhamento do Comando está concluído.
Desemparelhamento do Comando
Prima o botão pequeno do controlador com um clipe de papel
ou um lápis, conforme ilustrado ❶. A unidade emitirá um bipe
e, em seguida, mantenha premido ate emitir um bipe, indicando
que o Desemparelhamento do Comando está concluído.

novamente para parar ou, premir continuamente até emitir
um bipe para reiniciar o sistema (o suporte desce à posição
mais baixa e, em seguida, sobe um pouco e emite dois bipes,
indicando o reinício concluído.
Guia de resolução de problemas
1 - O suporte não opera
● Operação incorreta: Verifique se a unidade emite um
bipe após pressionar um botão. Em caso afirmativo, siga as
instruções encontradas no manual para operar o produto
corretamente.
● O sistema tem erro. Verifique se a unidade emite três bipes
após pressionar um botão. Em caso afirmativo, reinicie o
sistema.
● O sistema está sobreaquecido. Verifique se a unidade emite
quatro bipes após pressionar um botão. Nesse caso, deixe a
unidade esfriar (cerca de 30 minutos).
● A extremidade AC/DC do cabo de alimentação está
desconectada da tomada / suporte. Verifique a conexão para
garantir que a unidade está ligada.
● A distância de operação está fora do alcance da montagem.
Use o comando num raio de 10 metros do suporte.

● As pilhas do comando estão fracas. Substitua as pilhas.
● O comando está quebrado. Verifique se o LED indicador
acende quando um botão é pressionado. Caso contrário, entre
em contacto com o seu fornecedor.
2 - O suporte interrompe a operação e emite um
bipe longo.
● Remova todos os itens nos arredores da montagem.
● O peso da TV pode exceder o limite máximo de peso do
sistema de montagem.
● O fio do motor pode estar quebrado. Reinicie o sistema. Se o
problema persistir, entre em contacto com o seu fornecedor.
3 - O suporte da TV está fazendo um ruído ou som anormal.
● Verifique todas as conexões de energia e reinicie o sistema.
Se a unidade continuar a fazer um ruído anormal, entre em
contato com o seu fornecedor.

Elimine a embalagem de acordo com a legislação local/nacional
vigente. Para devolver o seu aparelho usado, utilize o serviço
de reciclagem local ou contacte o seu fornecedor.

Default Setup and Command Pairing
Reference Command: RFC001

Note: Insert two AAA batteries (not included) into the remote
control before adjusting the TV stand.
Note: If this is the first time you are turning on the stand, you
should first proceed with Command Pairing and only then with
Default Setup.
Default Setup
Press and hold the "OK" button on the remote control. The
stand will stop emitting beeps and retract to the lowest posi-
tion. When it emits a beep, the Default Setup is complete.
Command Pairing
Press the small button on the controller with a paper clip or
pencil, as illustrated ❶. The unit will stop emitting beeps, then
press the "SET" button on the remote control. The unit will
emit consecutive beeps for about 10 seconds, indicating that
Command Pairing is complete.
Command Unpairing
Press the small button on the controller with a paper clip or
pencil, as illustrated ❶. The unit will emit a beep, then hold it
down until it emits a beep, indicating that Command Unpairing
is complete.
Remote Control Usage Guide

"MEM1" / "MEM2" – Press continuously until it beeps to

"1" / "2" – Press to go to the previously memorized position

"OK" – Press to descend to the lowest position and press
again to stop or press continuously until it beeps to restart the
system (the stand descends to the lowest position, then rises
slightly and emits two beeps, indicating the restart is complete.
Troubleshooting Guide
1 - The stand does not operate
● Incorrect operation: Check if the unit emits a beep after
pressing a button. If so, follow the instructions found in the
manual to operate the product correctly.
● System error. Check if the unit emits three beeps after
pressing a button. If so, restart the system.
● The system is overheated. Check if the unit emits four beeps
after pressing a button. In this case, let the unit cool down
(about 30 minutes).
● The AC/DC end of the power cord is disconnected from
the socket/stand. Check the connection to ensure the unit is
powered on.
● The operating distance is out of the mounting range. Use
the remote control within a radius of 10 meters from the stand.
● The remote control batteries are weak. Replace the
batteries.
● The remote control is broken. Check if the LED indicator
lights up when a button is pressed. If not, contact your supplier.
2 - The stand interrupts operation and emits a long beep.
● Remove all items around the stand.
● The TV weight may exceed the maximum weight limit of the
mounting system.
● The motor wire may be broken. Restart the system. If the
problem persists, contact your supplier.
3 - The TV stand is making a noise or abnormal sound.
● Check all power connections and restart the system. If
the unit continues to make an abnormal noise, contact your
supplier.
Recycling:
Dispose of the packaging in accordance with local/national
legislation. To return your used device, use the local recycling
service or contact your supplier.

Standardkonfiguration

Problembehandlung
1 - Der Ständer funktioniert nicht

befolgen Sie die Anweisungen im Handbuch, um das Produkt
richtig zu bedienen.

● Das System ist überhitzt. Überprüfen Sie, ob das Gerät vier

diesem Fall lassen Sie das Gerät abkühlen (ca. 30 Minuten).
● Das AC/DC-Ende des Netzkabels ist von der Steckdose /

tem neu. Wenn das Gerät weiterhin ungewöhnliche Geräusche
macht, wenden Sie sich an Ihren Lieferanten.
