9. This warranty is subject to the proper completion of the warranty card in accordance with Clauses 1,
2, 3, 4, 5 and 6.
10. Any complaint notice must include the clear description of the damage, the completed warranty
card and the certificate of purchase (receipt or invoice).

The manufacturer will determine how to repair the damaged heating unit.

14 days will be allowed for the repair from the notification of the complaint and the receipt of
damaged equipment. This period may be extended, if necessary.

The manufacturer does not cover the costs of installing and removing the heating unit.
Do not dispose of the product as household waste at the end of its lifecycle. Take it
to a recycling centre for electrical and electronic equipment. Help protect the
environment by recycling used products!
