Heating unit types MB 2000 OWR1, MB 3000 OWR1
The above heating units can be used for the production if domestic hot water in water heaters with 80-
300 litre storage systems. The heating units can be used for water heating through heat exchange in
the winter season, as well as for standalone water heating off season.

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:
-
installation must be carried out by a qualified professional
-
install the heating unit using a model 56 wrench
-
connect the heating unit to a properly installed, earthed socket
-
the sleeve connecting the heating unit may not exceed 55mm
-
when installing, make sure that the heating elements must not contact the inner part of
the tank
-
fill the tank with water before connecting the heating unit to the mains
-
to ensure safe operation, a 16A miniature circuit breaker must be incorporated!
-
if the mains line of the heating unit is damaged in any way, disconnect the unit and contact the
customer service
ATTENTION:
•
Never operate the heating units without water, as this can damage the heating and
plastic elements of the heating unit.
•
Never use the heating unit in liquids other than water.
•
Install the heating unit in a horizontal operating position with the mains line facing
downwards (Figure 2).
•
Do not install the MB OWR1 heating element for different heat sources exceeding
85°C.
•
The MB OWR1 heating is not recommended for use in stainless steel containers
•
You are advised to have the first heating cycle monitored by a professional.

OPERATING TIPS:
The MB OWR1 heating unit has a temperature regulator to maintain the desired water

temperature.
The red LED lights up when the heating unit is in operation.

To ensure high efficiency of the appliance, set the temperature controller in the middle
-
range.
