To guarantee an efficient service, make sure you have the following items before you contact our After Sales Service:
The name or reference of the product.
The manufacturing number shown on the main chassis and on the packing box.
The number of the missing or faulty part shown on the exploded view of the product described in this manual.
Incline system
1.Check whether the power cord between incline motor and
failure
converter is loose or detached off
2.Check whether the signal cable between incline motor and
converter is loose or detached off
3.Check whether the upper and down cables are well connected
4.Check whether the incline motor is damaged
5.Check whether the converter is damaged
Overheating
1. Improve enviromental ventilation and clean the heat sink of
converter
2.Return to the factory to replace the converter cooling fan（The
fan starts when the converter reaches 50
