TROUBLESHOOTING
Before fixing any issues with your evaporative cooler, make sure to unplug the power cord from the
outlet. For other problems, visit our support page or contact Customer Care.
Symptom

Remedies
1. Clean evaporative media
2. If the problem persists, replace evaporative media.
Make sure the cooler is level. Adjust pads so there are no gaps
between each block.
1. Check spray bar for clogs, clean or replace as necessary.
2. Reduce water flow rate by changing Cooling mode to Eco or Manual
and selecting a lower pump speed.
1. Check spray bar for clogs, clean or replace as necessary.
2. Check pump inlet for clogs. Clear inlet if necessary.
3. Increase water flow rate by changing cooling mode to Max Cooling
or Manual and selecting a higher pump speed.
Check for Exit Temperature Error codes in the alerts menu and consult
the Alert Codes section of this manual.
Tighten the AC cable strain relief.
