TROUBLESHOOTING
Before fixing any issues with your evaporative cooler, make sure to unplug the power cord from the
outlet. For other problems, visit our support page or contact Customer Care. Your safety is our priority.

Remedies
Reset circuit breaker. If the issue persists, call a certified electrician.
Replace the power cord if necessary.
1. Plug in power cable, press "test" then "retest" and check for red light on
GFCI.
2. If there is no red light on GFCI, check power supply and replace GFCI if
necessary.
3. If GFCI has a red light and control is in Standby mode (Yellow LED on
power button):
a. Press the "+" fan speed button and check fan operation. If GFCI
trips, replace fan.
b. If the fan runs, press the Cooling Mode button, and select Max
Cooling. If GFCI trips, replace pump.
4. If the problem persists, replace GFCI.
1. Unplug and re-plug-in the power cable.
2. Check for red light illumination on GFCI.
3. If the GFCI light is red but the control does not illuminate and go into
Standby Mode after being plugged back in, replace control.
