Use the spreader to spread batter evenly over the entire plate, keeping
the spreader within limits of the plate.

Let the batter cook undisturbed until no longer liquid and a crepe
begins to form, about 45 seconds. Using the wooden spatula, gently
lift edge to check that the crepe is golden brown in spots.

Slide the spatula under the crepe, gently turn the spatula clockwise to
raise the crepe off the plate, then flip the crepe over. Cook the second
side until done, about 30 seconds.
10.
Fold or fill the crepe as desired or as the recipe directs, or transfer the
crepe to a rack to cool.
IMPORTANT: Do NOT use metal tools or knives on the nonstick surface of
the Crepe Maker. Use the wooden tools provided or tools made from other
heatproof, non-abrasive materials, such as silicone.
