The alignment of the planer fence at right angles should be checked again
before initial operation and readjusted if necessary to achieve an exact planing
result.
• The angle is measured with a protractor (8). This is placed on the planer
table and applied to the planer fence.
• If it is not possible to place the protractor completely against the planer
fence, the planer fence is not set exactly at right angles and an adjustment
is necessary.
• The angle is adjusted with the screw (3).

3. Setting infeed / oufeed roller
The pressure force of the spring-mounted infeed and
outfeed roller is factory-set.
If it is necessary to change the pressure force, it can
be adjusted with the screws (3 and 4).

Switch on
Open switch flap (1)
Push green ON-button (2) and close switch flap
Switch off
Open switch flap (1)
Push red OFF-button (3) and close switch flap
or in emergency situations the red cap (4) on the switch flap
CAUTION: The switch flap can only be unlocked after the
emergency situation has been eliminated.
Activate feed:
Swivel the lever for thicknesser feeder (1) upwards. Feed is activated
Deactivated feed:
Swivel the lever for thicknesser feeder (1) downwards. Feed is deactivated.
Planer:
The extraction connection (1) is under the planer tables (exit
planer table)
Setting planer fence
• Loosen clamping lever (1)
• Set planer fence to the desired position (angle
will be shown on scale (4)) by using the lever (2)
• Relock the clamping lever (1) when the desired
position is reached.
